Every Gardner survey includes the following services at no additional cost:
WebView
Our WebView Service is available in the first 24 hours of reception in our office. Our staff researches the web, multiple public databases and aerial imagery from Pictometry
EarlyView
EarlyView is a pre-interview process which focuses on hazard identification. Hazards are ranked from low hazard to possible cancellation. If high hazards are identified during EarlyView, the underwriter has the option to cancel the FieldView site survey.
EarlyView occurs within the first 5 days. Building on the WebView results, the EarlyView is a pre-interview process. The EarlyView service confirms all building information is correct, identifies risks that may be non-responsive and confirms best available times for field visit.
FieldView
FieldView is the on-site survey. The field rep has the benefit of the preliminary "View" information and is able to be much more focused with identifying hazards while on site.
HazardView
In the final report, all identified high hazard issues are aggregated to the cover page of the survey. Color coded high hazard or cancellation items, speed prioritization for underwriter action.
AgentView
AgentView provides data on the hazard frequency and risk patterns of agency policy submissions. You are able to generate reports which, for example, show how many aggressive dogs, missing handrails or FPE breakers were submitted from each agent.

QuoteView Service
Our QuoteView Service hits your desk within three hours of your request. We provide Pictometry information, exposure distances, concentration of values. We can provide "instant" valutations and more. QuoteView gives you immediate access to more of the information to guide your evaluation of the risk.
EarlyView Service
The EarlyView Service develops all loss control information using web tools and off-site interviewing. Building from the Pictometry and WebView information, a phone interview is conducted. Operations are clarified, buildings and exposures are confirmed and identifiable hazards are explored through the interview process.
